I changed htdocs to html as that's the standard I've used. We could 
switch it back (and change 
/etc/apache2/sites-available/test.bewelcome.org) or we could sort out 
whatever expects it to be called htdocs in BW (better I think).

No idea, I know nothing of that. Is it supposed to automatically check 
out from an SVN branch or something?

If somebody can tell me more about it, I'll look into it at some point.
